Update On My Life ;)

Well, I haven't done much lately. Had a few things interesting happen at Sonic though lol. Right now I am typing away at my Grandpa's birthday party so hopefully it's not so choppy.

So far at Sonic: We had the scan machine (that is the device that allows us carhops to know what stall gets what tray and how much it is) go out. We had to give every bill to either the crew leader or the manager on shift. So as you can imagine that would've been one helluva day.

So far at home: Well, my mother started dating again (finally lolz). He is really, REALLY cool. He and I have our guy time and I'm pretty sure he's living with us (Not sure if Mom gave him the news). Once again, I cannot disclose names. He is colored and I don't think that should matter. I've never need another gentleman such as he except for myself. I believe he will either be a good experience or, if he's here to stay, a good step-father.

So far in my personal life: I started talkin to this one chick in Arkansas. A white, single mother. She is 20 and real cute. However a little on edge, saying that she wants a baby with me and that she loves me. I'm all like, "Fuckin A! Slow down, I just wanted to chat. You bringin up babies and shit..." So she's aight (for now). I let her know my boundaries and she told me hers (not much there).
That manager I had a crush on has stopped communication except at work...oh well. Her loss and it is for the best. She's my manager for Christ Sake!

I have been patient with life so far. However I am ready for a change. My goals for the next week are going to be more bold (not illegal >=I). I just wish I could have someone to hold at night, ya know? Anywho, no more crying over past mistakes. I've made some plans this week with family and friends. Hopefully to get outta the house lol. I got a new game today, Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days and a new controller...fuckin epic.

There is a ton of family over tonight. Cousins I haven't seen for two weeks and cousins I haven't seen in about six years. So there are some emotions flying around. Most of joy, some are underlying hate...but somehow we can all coexist. I love that word: Coexist.

We all need to coexist, whether it's druggies and non-druggies, religious and non-religious, white and colors of the rainbow (even Smurfs too). Without coexistance, there will be no world-wide peace. Love is strong, and to love your enemy takes more strength.

Until next time my fellow readers,

So Far So Good...I Hope

Hello fellow readers! I know it's been a while...again. I have just been busy at work lately. I have some bits of info some may like to read about. Other's, well you clicked the button to enter so not my fault lol.

I worked on Thanksgiving and got time and a half for a good 5 1/2 hours. That would bring me up to....let's see: $6.75 an hour lol. Work has been great, I'm doing pretty well and I always look dashing in blue and red...jk. I'm pretty decent on skates now as well. However, it saddens me when I see couples in the vehicles together. I know, sappy and boohoo/wa-wa. Somebody call the Wa-mbulance! Regardless, I try to keep a smile on my face and a skip in my stride. That's all I can do these days.

Speaking of work and relationships, turns out that manager I've been talking about only wants to be friends, and she's not doing so hot at that either.

I've recently been working on writing lyrics like Eminem, not drugs or screwing women...just the fucked up shit I see, hear, and read about. If any of you get the chance, listen to Mumford and Sons, the two best songs I've heard so far: Little Lion Man and Thisle and Weeds. They are amazing!

Haven't heard anything from my dad lately, thank God! I still wish he'd grow up and actually be a father. Not having a father-figure around is definitely messing with my mojo.

I've found lately that I use words that most do not use these days. For example: wee (as in small), okie dokie, hezzo (hello), and some others. I knew I was an odd one, just didn't know to that extent O.o

I honestly don't know what else to talk about, I need to start keeping a journal or some kinda spread sheet for whenever anything significant or interesting happens around here. I do know this: I miss all my friends in Kansas. They kinda made me who I am today. It's funny how the little things matter. A saying goes, "You don't know what you have until it's gone" is so true. I think of the laughs, the trials, and the completely crazy ass antics that some of us did. Especially in Spanish class!

Well, that's all I have for now. Readers: Keep on keepin on.
